City infrastructure plan studio examines the availability and status of infrastructure facilities in the Indore city, with the local economy being one of the sectors studied. Food and textile markets are well-known in Indore. However, in the key market areas, infrastructure amenities are limited. The project focuses on the markets near the Rajwada region, and the proposal of Local Area Plan that will create a vision of growth for the next 20-30 years. The primary focus is on pedestrianization, which will serve as a tool for improving market quality, attracting more customers and resulting in increased local business.
