Sponging Flood Prone Corridors in Indore

The project titled "Sponging Flood Prone Corridors in Indore" is an output after thorough study on storm water and flood plain management in the city of Indore. The analysis and gap assessment helped in coming up with a pilot demonstration that is a nature based solution to reduce run-off in the city by Sponge City Concept. This concept is to be implemented in the city in three phases- short, mid and long term goals. The pilot focusses on one of the ways of sponging a city- through sponge corridors.
