Real estate Growth Corridors studies for Pune region (Colliers)

Real estate asset classes and functionalities, that include Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Health Care and Education are driven by the growth of population and its patterns are shaped by infrastructure, City Planning and cost of Land. Every metropolitan city in India has many things common, yet they are very different in terms of built forms, densities, supply, occupancy and price points of the Real Estate functionalities as stated above. The unique characteristics of the cities have its lineage with its economic roots, socio-cultural expressions and path breaking events that changed the course of these cities from time to time. The research project aims to capture the dynamisms of real estate sector of Bengaluru & Hyderabad region and analyze its root causes which might provide direction of the future growth of the city.
