Surat Development Plan 2041 was created with the intention of providing a liberal framework for the city's development while addressing the market failures. Through case studies, the approach started with gaining a basic comprehension of the statutory development plan and its structure. This project includes essential ideas for zoning, transportation, infrastructure, heritage, and economic development, as well as broad cost estimates and identification of revenue sources.
