Since its inception, Rajkot has been known for its linkages to the Industrial sector. The economy of the city is majorly dependent on the same. The proposed development plan for the horizon year 2041 is to focus on industrial potential and to build an identity of the city by diversifying activities. The vision is to make an equitable, robust, and implementable development plan for Rajkot City.
