AMD DP 2041: Aiming For Balanced Regional Development

Development is a dynamic notion. Different individuals interpret it differently. The Ahmedabad Development Plan 2041 intends to create balanced regional development in order to boost socioeconomic progress in areas in a cost-effective and sustainable way. The goal was to identify economic development potential and opportunities for sustainability, while simultaneously improving social and environmental conditions and delivering affluence in a sensible manner. The core approach is to construct a compelling and shared vision for a region's long-term development while balancing the stakes of economic success in relation to social, environmental, and cultural values.
