BHARUCH ANKLESHWAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2041

The Development Plan is a crucial tool to plan any urban area in India. It is responsible for influencing and facilitating urban growth. The project has multiple layers for a better understanding of how the development plan is prepared and implemented at different stages. A group of 15 students was assigned to prepare a Development Plan for the Bharuch- Ankleshwar Urban Development Authority Region. The process includes existing situation analysis, primary surveys, secondary research, and Stakeholder consultation. Then further preparing a Master Plan in a group of four for BAUDA, Gujarat, which is both robust and resilient in the face of ongoing trends and future uncertainties.
