Reigniting the spirit of Bharuch and Ankleshwar: DP2041

The twin cities of Bharuch and Ankleshwar are significant economic hubs of the region with an industrial-based economy. As one of the country's oldest port cities, Bharuch has not undergone as much growth as its contemporaries. Exploiting the possibilities of the proposed ambitious projects becomes critical to reigniting the spirit.

Multiple stakeholder engagements and studies of the current state of land development, demographics, economics, and built form were undertaken. Based on this, a development plan was created, laying out a framework for road networks, land use zones, and Development Control Regulations, all developed using a liberal, market-driven approach.
