Access to decent housing that is affordable to all is key to a habitable city. But, Housing affordability and availability has always been the key concern for the housing market. While there is a continuous supply of housing, due to multiple issues markets are not able to provide units below a certain range leaving large sections un-catered. Through enabling strategy of Inclusionary housing and zoning, this gap could be matched.
