PROVISIONARY AND REGULATORY SUPPORT FOR URBAN HOMELESS

The portfolio delivers about land and housing market, governance, finance, partnership models, and political preferences related to housing of all income groups for which different enabling and provisionary strategies were formulated. Portfolio talks about the P4 sub-strategy: “Provisonary and Regulatory support for Urban Homeless” to provide adequate, accessible, and decent shelters for Urban Homeless and Migrant Construction workers through permanent supportive and transitional housing on long- and short-term interventions along with reforming the existing framework supporting them. 
Homeless needs to be addressed through multiple interventions depending on their livelihood, age, Individual/family mobility, kind of belongings they carry with them.
