The name of the project ????? ???? comprises of two words, first, ????? means Empower, and second ???? means women, which mean empowered women, through developing their skills to make them financially independent. Women in our society have different training needs than men since they are burdened with household chores and their off-spring responsibilities, moreover, at times contribute as subsistence farmers or low-paid laborers. Female Labour Force Participation is going down. Hence, Skill Development becomes a key to improving their household capacity, autonomy, and employability. Income earning opportunities also enhances their sustainable livelihood and development in a long run.
