High Rise Residential Project

The studio focuses on the execution stage of the project. The study of a high rise residential tower was chosen to analyze and practically apply the knowledge gained in the studio. The analysis focuses on various aspects of project execution such as site layout & visualization, pour planning, quality management, linear responsibility chart, cost of quality, lean tool application, project tracking, material and inventory management, etc. The analysis helps in identifying areas for improvement to make the project more effective, efficient, and economic.
