 A residential apartment project of about 103 crores budget which was under construction is chosen for this Construction project execution monitoring and control studio. With regular site visits and communication with site stakeholders, practical learning about numerous topics related to the execution process was carried out. The goal is to learn the fundamentals of project execution, as well as to get a thorough understanding of controlling and monitoring methodologies and their applications on-site, as well as to identify areas for improvement to make the project more effective, efficient, and cost-effective.
