The course focused on understanding the effect of gravity and lateral loads, performing structural analysis, and designing of G+10 RCC office building. The problem statement of this project is to check for Torsion due to irregularity in the plan of the building and study the behavior of the building under torsion. Calculating the Centre of mass & the Centre of stiffness for each floor, and determining Eccentricity. Determining whether the building was torsionally irregular or not and mitigating torsion. Application of dynamic load and dynamic analysis of the building. Design and detail of structural members.
