DRP

Thesis is culmination of academic journey of the student. Therefore, this course aims at introduction to research and to introduce the tools of research.

A student typically works on an identified research gap in the industry for a period of four months and deriving relevant conclusions at the end. The research gap here is identified by the faculty member leading the DRP. The thesis is offered with intentions of: (a) Imbibing an attitude towards research (b) To address the problems faced in construction industry & thereby develop greater relevance of the academic program as well as Industry-Institute Interaction.

The DRP would include:
(i) literature review, Well Defined Objectives, Methodology, Scope & Limitations.
(c) Collection & Analysis of Data using relevant scientific Tools and Methods
(d) Presentation of Data & Analysis
(e) Making appropriate Inferences from the Results of Analysis with due reference to the Intentions/objectives.
(f) Making & Presenting the entire study as a literary work of scientific nature,final report
