Preconstruction activities on highway Projects ( incl. LAQ,Valuation)
Economic analysis of highway project corridor comprised multiple phase and activities apart from main construction cost. This exercise divided in to preconstruction stage: which includes Land acquisition cost of the linear development of the project whether it is new green field highway or widening of existing highway, cost towards shifting of existing utilities, forest approval and social impact assessment. It is worth to mention that with respect to all project development activities project construction cost is very small. Land acquisition, shifting of utility and social impact assessment cost reserves major component towards total project cost, hence procedural chain and valuation and financial analysis is important.
