Construction waste management in Real estate sector is very important for sustainable development. Real estate business is considered one of the major solid waste generator and the waste generated is mostly non- biodegradable but can be reused and re-cycled if handled with special precaution and safety. Re-use and Recycling of construction waste are affecting the economy of the project as raw material prices are increasing day by day. Deriving efficient collection, transportation, re-use and recycled method is major hurdle in real estate industry as overall people are less aware about construction waste and its management so they just dispose it as a landfill. This thesis will focus on deriving efficient model for real estate construction waste collection, transportation, reuse and recycle.
