Performance Measurement of Public Private Partnership Projects in Roads Sector
Public private partnership (PPPs) has been widely used in Indian road sector, especially in national highways. In recent years, the performance of these PPP projects is coming under increasing scrutiny and often it is argued that if these project have delivered value for money in true spirit. In this context, this study aims to formulate a conceptual framework for analyzing the performance of PPP projects. Further to this, it aims to investigate the existing parameters adopted in national highways for analyzing performance and suggest areas of improvement.
