The rapid growth in the construction sector provides a base to launch new and complex infrastructure projects. With intricacy, the necessity to achieve a standard quality of project has also increased. The existing quality control techniques are traditional, time-consuming and requires modern improvements. Thus, the study aims to provide a framework that allows for a digital quality control process for infrastructure projects while also improving authenticity, traceability, and analytic-based improvements. Data analysis insights would lead to better decision-making through effective root cause analysis, resulting in higher project quality. Based on the analysis recommendation for the application are also suggested which will help the digital platform to become suitable for all types of project and linking other processes with quality.
