The DRP undertaken by me was WAY FORWARDING FOR SHIFTING TO ERP FOR CONSULTING FIRMSAim:- Study the current sectors in which the organization is operating, respective reporting formats, understand the outputs desired and based on this define the database requirements. Also how to migrate the current data to the database created for ERP. Outcome- Uniform reporting format, systematic database for the ERP, flow of events and role & responsibilities with authority levels of various staff members. Wire frame for the ERP module
