Web GIS based portal for analytical and comparative study of the insurance sector
GIS technology helps Insurance companies to map regions to get an overview of the number of settled claims , policies incurred (life vs non life) etc. GIS technology reveals patterns and connections between location and population, enhancing and planning for potential claims exposure.
This project focuses on mapping , visualizing and analyzing all the aforementioned parameters on a Web GIS based dashboard with query based filtering that can help in analyzing and targeting potential customers by providing a GIS enabled platform for comparative study which will help the authorities for better decision making.
