The Studio starts with understanding terms and theory of geotechnical engineering and then mind maps are made then site is provided group wise and samples are collected and laboratory testing is done and results are interpreted. Then foundation design exercise is given Isolated, Raft and Pile foundations are designed using the Geotechnical Parameters. Then Waste material is given and tests for soil improvement are done. The Slope stabilisation through Soil Nailing working model is prepared and tested.  The studio also had many site visits which include Bullet train site and L&T lab and pile load test.
