Reflections

Perhaps the most open-ended engagement in terms of writing outcomes, the reflections on expert lectures which formed part of the series Perspectives: An Introduction to the Arts and Social Sciences allows each individual to work on an aspect that they found meaningful and personally or professionally relevant. It is an invitation to either articulate with accuracy the standpoints from which the speakers understood the world, or to offer a response through any genre or style that lends itself to it. The result is a variety of pieces, ranging from poetry to visual reflections and from summaries to brief narratives, speaking to the diversity of interests and concerns among the students.
