The Studio Project is focused on Adaptive Reuse of Saint Paul's Church into a Heritage Hotel. Serene : A Heritage Hotel has multiple room categories such as : Deluxe Rooms, Suites, Executive Suites, Classic Rooms, Double Height and Connecting Rooms. The concept behind the spatial planning involves taking elements from the existing church and repeating them in various proportions and elemental language. The materials used in the intervention are sleek and visually light contrasting the bulkiness of the church. In addition to that, the overall ambience of spaces has been kept luxurious and soothing.
