Pol is a housing cluster, which comprises many families of a particular group, linked by caste, profession, or religion. Moto Suthar Wado Pol is 150-200 years old. Total there are 36 houses in this Pol and is located in Khadia ward, which is on the eastern side of Sabarmati River. Based on the observation and comparisons made from other pol there were major issues found related to ground maintenance, façade improvement and street lighting so these were analysed on a whole as street maintenance. For ground relaying of Kota Stone was proposed, for facades repainting and plaster improvement with painting bye-laws. For facilitating the proposals Pol Committee was proposed with bye-laws and management plan for 3 years with financial details was made.
