MG road, Bangalore has always been a prosperous city center, majorly because of its unique geographical features. Although, a variety of activities are prevalent, the commercial sector forms a major economic base. Capitalizing the diversified development through contemplation of our concept, vision and objectives are brought together. The spread of influence of MG Road to adjoining areas to spur CBD development and reduce environmental degradation was an important aspect we dealt with. The synergy of divergent logistic linkages viz upcoming metro reverberates a potential growth corridor in the CBD, impacting the future prospects in the region. Detailed proposals with potential for better utilization of land and balance sheets were prepared for implementation of the local area plan.
