Mumbai, as what we know today as “the city of dreams” has not just managed to fulfill some privileged ones but continues to create newer ones for the people who have become such an important part of the city. “To each, its own”, perfectly describes this modern mayhem that has been achieved today by trying to meet the diverse needs and aspirational patterns that are produced each day in the city.Hence our vision is to find the right ratio of balance between the static and dynamic elements, through the lens of accessibility, density and ecology. Here we imagine a situation where the Dadar exists in a ratio that best satisfies the needs of the Mumbai by resolving difficulties in the city's heart, such that the experiential character of Dadar does not change but is enhanced.
