This model helps in the creation of a parking policy for the city of Anand. This model can generate income from citizen vehicle charges for Anand  Municipality. For citizens, the parking management model promotes shuttle service and enforcement strategies. The proposed management model's goal is to reduce the number of private vehicles in the city. For a private agency and a shuttle service provider, the parking management model increases business opportunities.
