Empirical study about growth prospectus of MMR Housing sector and impact on real estate market in coming years (Colliers)
Housing in MMR is driven by the growth of population and its patterns are shaped by Infrastructure, City Planning and Cost of Land. The evolution in terms of location, pricing and typology is dependent on local and migrating population of MMR. Income levels have changed a lot since last a few years, but corresponding housing prices have not increased accordingly. It will be interesting to understand the relationship of various aspects of housing with respect to affordability, income levels and commercial expansions.
The study will focus on assessment of past data of housing and MMR demographics, present patterns of buying and forecasting future typologies, growth areas and price points to certain extent
