Assessment of Urban Freight using supply chain analysis

Urban freight is estimated to contribute about 25% of GHG emissions. The city logistics is contributed by movement of different commodities and involve multiple stakeholders. City logistics is complex and contributes significantly to road accidents, increased GHG emissions, affects the urban air quality and ultimately impacts the health of people. Therefore, assessment of city logistics would be an important step towards efficient management of logistics movement in the city.
