The focus of the “Development Plan” studio was to engage us in envisioning and preparing a detailed development plan of given city considering its existing urban context, land use, land values and growth potentials along with considering sound principles of sustainable planning and urban design. The emphasis was given on to the in-depth analysis of existing situation analysis, identifying key issues and challenges and plan a livable development working in multidisciplinary environment.
