The TPS mechanism is utilized for greenfield developments involving multiple land parcels owned by various stakeholders, overseen by the State government. On the other hand, the Integrated Township Policy enables private developers to establish residential townships on the outskirts of cities, encompassing substantial greenfield land under a single ownership. The upcoming studio project will center around a sizable, single-ownership greenfield site, driven by the developer.
