Duhai Guldhar TOD Zonal Development Plan Ghaziabad

The project was carried out in a three-phase planning process, beginning with an assessment of the urban region. This stage was centered on land use patterns, infrastructure, socioeconomic considerations, and demographic trends. The area was intended to be revitalized in the subsequent stage by means of green areas, recreational opportunities, road networks, and land use optimization proposals. Detailed town planning schemes were developed in the third phase, which also incorporated these concepts into regulatory frameworks. Using a combination of macroscopic and microscopic planning methodologies, this methodical approach enriched by stakeholder engagement aimed to produce a unified, enriched, and sustainable urban environment.
