BENGALURU: the unseen margin

Bangalore, India's Silicon Valley, continues to distinguish itself from the rest of the country in a number of ways. It has the third-largest population and is ranked as the most livable city in the Ease of Living Index 2022 report. Despite these, the city lacks a master plan and provisions for micro level planning.The goal of the studio exercise was to develop a workable and effective micro planning framework for the city by analyzing potential hybrid interpretations of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act and TOD policy.
