This portfolio zooms in on Maninagar, a special area in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, placed 1.3 km from the Maninagar railway station. Unlike the old city, Maninagar isn't surrounded by gates, and this study looks at what makes it a good place to live. It checks how easy it is to get around by looking at: roads and transportation accessibility. The portfolio also talks about accessibility and availability public spaces, like parks and gathering spots, and how they affect life there. It looks at how the land is used and how much space each person has. Speaks about availability of housing and typology of housing and they are affordable within affordable property price. The study also considers things like education, jobs, and services to understand what makes living in Maninagar a unique experience.
