Envisioning NAINA as an Aerotranspolis

Constraints build better cities because the city becomes more robust and problem-ready for the future, resulting in more ordered and properly formulated development. One such example is the Navi Mumbai Airport Influenced Notified Area (NAINA), where we had to deal with nearly half of non-developable land that was constrained in various ways. When there are severe limits, authorities must become more involved. This understanding was strengthened as a result of the site visits,  discussions with stakeholders, form completing procedures, developing a concept  for the area as an Aerotranspolis, and land reconstitution.
