Study of Swastik Cross Road, Navrangpura

While Swastik Cross Road stands out as a desired neighborhood due to its  high walkability scores, vibrant streets, diverse land and building usage, and a well-developed street network, it grapples with significant planning challenges like formation of slums on public open spaces, no inclusive planning of streets and negligible number of public greens, that may not be immediately apparent. Recognizing and understanding these issues is crucial to inform future urban development strategies, emphasizing the importance of inclusive planning that takes into account all aspects for planning future cities inclusive for all.
