BRIDGE CUM BARRAGE

The Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal Studio deals with the feasibility of the Bridge cum Barrage project, an integral part of the city's riverfront development. The project proposes a bridge cum barrage with a 12,000 ML storage capacity and to retain water level, utilizing rubber dam technology. The study encompassed an in-depth analysis, covering C-P-O analysis, location and demand analysis, stakeholder management, risk management, project baseline, and procurement strategies for consultants and contractors. Additionally, lean tools such as target value design and choosing by advantage were applied. The collective findings culminated in the creation of the project's feasibility report.
