The project involves the feasibility study of an Industrial Park spread over an area of 250 acres done as part of the Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal studio. It involved different aspects of the study including C-P-O Analysis, Location Analysis(Macro and Micro), Demand Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, preparation of the Project Baseline, and Procurement strategy of the Consultants and the Contractors. It also included an introduction to Lean technology through Choosing by Advantage and Target Value design. All of these helped in concluding the viability of the project.
