Understanding the project's objectives and general scope is essential before starting the project. It has given emphasis on Greener development having stepped green multi-layered Promenades, excellent Road network, Flood control measures, active green Parks, measures for pollution-free river. The promenade offers breathtaking views of the River and the surroundings, including any nearby landmarks or greenery. The Promenade consists of Amenities such as active green parks, food kiosks, shopping kiosks, a gym, a playground, sports activities, pavilion. The portfolio includes the Location Analysis, Target Value Design, Choosing By Advantage and Work Breakdown Structure (Design Development Phase). These kinds of exercises are essential to carry out for the project in the inception stage. It illustrates the project's actual situation, which aids in determining its feasibility.
