It has given the emphasis on Greener development having stepped green multi-layered Promenades, excellent Road network, Flood control measures, active green Parks, and measures for pollution-free river. The Promenade consists of Amenities such as active green parks, food kiosks, shopping kiosks, a gym, a playground, sports activities, pavilion. It consists of the Pestel Analysis, Problem Analysis, Design Brief, Project Baseline Schedule, and Procurement Strategy for Contractor. These kinds of exercises are essential to carry out the project in the inception stage. It illustrates the project's actual situation, which aids in determining its feasibility.
