Slum Redevelopment Project

The main focus of the MCEM Studio is to study the feasibility of the project. The first step is to identify the scope of work of the project. The project has a total land area of 32,943mtsq. The aim of the project was to deal with the feasibility study to ensure the viability of the redevelopment project in Ahmedabad. The bid process strategy is developed for the procurement of consultants and contractors required for the execution of the project. Different exercises were taken for analyzing the project in different situations like TVD, and CBA. This Studio helped us to get a clear idea of what to do in the pre-feasibility and feasibility stages of any project to measure the success of any project as well as its pros and cons even before executing it.
