Tall residential luxury apartments

The Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal Studio in Semester 1 of Masters in Construction Engineering and Management aims to develop an understanding and analysis of various phases of the project life cycle. The project studied is Tall Residential Luxury Apartments in the city of Ahmedabad. It is the first of its kind in the city with a height of 133m. The site area is 4091m2 and the total built-up area is 41658 m2. It aims to cater the luxury segment of the residential market. The proposed design consists of 87 units spread over a total of 31 floors.
