The Project is Four Laning of Mehsana-Himatnagar Highway which is initiated by R&BD, GoG under GSHP-II. The highway is a Pilot Project funded by World Bank.The exercise included studying the conceptualization and development phase of the Highway. Conceptualization phase included Project Site Analysis, Demand and Market study, Technical Analysis including Design brief and Scope Development, Legal Compliance to be adhered to, Concept Planning, Project Procurement Management, Financial and Economic Analysis, Risk Management and Environment Impact Assessment. Under the Development Phase, Project Organization Structure, Stakeholder Management, Bidding Process and Project Controls for the projects are studied in detail.
