The Master of Construction Engineering and Management program's Integrated Construction Practices studio, which is part of Monsoon Semester III, focuses on practical procedures and teamwork with the use of appropriate software. To meet the problems of contemporary building projects, the latest developments in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and Lean building are employed. This studio has chosen a commercial project. To understand the shortcomings of conventional building methods and the role technology plays in construction management, each group member simulated a major project stakeholder position in the chosen project.
