HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

The Integrated Construction Practices course for a Masters in Construction Engineering and Management addresses modern project challenges by blending lean construction theories with digital practices, emphasizing real-life case studies. It aims to unveil traditional construction shortcomings, explore lean theory, and integrate BIM and Lean methodologies in project delivery. We could analyze communication via Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), investigate stakeholder roles, and utilize simulations. Learning was made to proficiently investigate and rectify construction pitfalls, optimize design coordination, and champion lean principles, equipped to drive change by implementing best practices, elevating construction standards, and integrating collaborative approaches for project excellence.
