Detailed study of the 'High Rise Residential project in Mumbai - Piramal Aranya' was done which includes conceiving phase, development phase, implementation phase and commissioning phase. A detailed study was done regarding feasibility of the project, bidding process, material management, safety, QA/QC, etc. Major focus by me was on 'Site Mobilization and Logistics' as it plays a vital role in the city like Mumbai where the land area available to carry out different activities is very less.
