The studio's primary focus lay in comprehending the intricate dynamics of traffic conditions within urban settings, specifically at and in the vicinity of intersections. These areas stand out as critical junctures due to the simultaneous occurrence of various conflicting movements involving multiple vehicles and pedestrians. The studio specifically concentrated on dissecting the tangible elements of intersections, delving into factors like speed assessment and pavement irregularities. The overarching objective was to meticulously scrutinize and devise a design scheme for an urban intersection, with a particular emphasis on Ahmedabad. Pinjrapole Cross Road, was the chosen site for this project. The studio's efforts were directed towards gaining a profound understanding of the intersection's engineering facets. Subsequently, a set of recommendations, specifically concerning geometric alterations, were formulated and proposed to enhance the intersection's functionality and efficiency. Click here for PORTFOLIO
