This study examines the problems and difficulties that arise in SRA housing for EWS  in various contexts, with an emphasis on two important local case studies: Surat and Ahmedabad. In order to meet the housing requirements of the EWS, the investigation looks at various housing programs. The research looks at the misconceptions of incrementality v/s the actual idea of incrementality and further investigates the idea of inclusion of incrementality in SRA housing. It emphasizes the necessity of creative solutions to meet these difficulties and enhance the quality of life and lead them towards upward mobility and provide a sense of security.
