The Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity House (unbuilt project) is relocated from Florida to Ahmedabad and proposed to serves as a cultural hub with three participant universities - CEPT University, M.G. Science College and Ahmedabad University. It acts a centre for the performing and practicing theatre where the drama clubs of all the three universities are involved. It is a student run facility. It includes spaces to perform their final acts and also practice them with stay facility involved. The design was modified considering climate, structure, context and language of the architect.
